Honestly, this one was totally inspired by the arrival of the latest disc from Hiromi's Sonicbloom. It's full of excellent fusion renditions of some jazz and other songs, and you should check it out if you're into that sort of thing. Since I didn't want to play the whole album this week, I thought I'd just go with one song and build a theme around that. So we're in the desert this week.

Agah Bahari - Protectors Caravan
Antidepressive Delivery - Desert Machine
The Crusaders - Soul Caravan
Wertico - Desert Sky
Philip Glass - Caravan Moves Out
Patrick Moraz - Oral Contact: Shout!/Talisman(Caravan Theme)
Hiromi's Sonicbloom - Caravan
Hiromi - Desert On the Moon
Planet X - Desert Girl
KBB - The Desert of Desires
Alex Masi - Disembodied In Mojave
Stanley Clarke - Desert Song
Toto - Dune (Desert Theme)
Smokin' Granny - Road to the Desert
Eric Johnson - Desert Rose
Project Creation - The Desert Planet

Moses,

Your last show on Promises was EXCELLENT - very wonderful music - and a GREAT theme.

I am really looking forward to this show next week as well. Especially Toto -Dune!!

Thanks moses.
Your theme looks like a comfortable zone in the dry & hot desert.
I'm lookin' forward to your show, too.

Anyway, I don't know about Antidepressive Delivery but the band name is very attractive to me. ;)

The last few weeks have been an exceptionally excellent mix of artists...

Moses,

I'm really enjoying the show this week as usual. When you talk between sets I have trouble hearing you well because of some loud fuzzy background sound. Am I the only one having trouble with this? I'd love to hear what you're saying but can't make it out most of the time. Could this be changed or the volume reduced on the background relative to your voice? Thanks.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed the show. The next theme is yet to be determined, but those are some good ideas!
