I know they are more Heavy Metal than Prog but i have to say i have never went to one of there shows till yesterday. That being said after seeing them i have a all new outlook about them. They were F$#@ing Amazing to say the least(and everything i heard about them live is True) and i came away blown away at just how good they really were. They played a Monster 2 set almost 4 hr show!!!!!I wish i had seen them when they came the other times they came to Cleveland now :(

I felt that way the first time I saw them, but after three more times (last time summer 2003), they were just too muddy and lacking in dynamic.
Good to see you enjoyed it, Michael - maybe in a few years I'll warm back up.
Is it only me that hates the term "heavy metal"? Hard rock for me........

Thanks Rick!!!They were the first band i seen is some years that i went away thinking Wow.Really it seemed everything was very tight and a great light show to add to it.I don't belive im saying this But Mike Portny is a great drummer.I'll put em right up there with Neil Peart(maybe not better but right there in my book that is thou). It was a all around good time and i was blown away at how many people came(I think it sold out) and the diffrent ages that were there..

I was hoping to see them here in Montreal this coming Saturday but they sold out before I had a chance to dial the box office number. Yup, even in Montreal they have a huge following.
