Martha and I had a blast with Keith, Ian (Jam) and Laxmi last eve. It was a late evening, only a few hours of flight sleep and much Guinness. One of our Marillion friends rattled us out of bed at 10:30 by ringing our hotel room phone.

We will all be together again tomorrow for the final Marillion gig in the european tour and on Monday for YES. We'll all be sure to raise a glass to Thor for his brithday.

FYI Keith, I'll be meeting Marillion friends at the Moon and Sixpence on Wardorf (sic?) St. near the Astoria at 16:00. Call us on the mobile if you're up to meeting briefly yet today. If not, see you Sunday.

It's very unlogic to congratulate people on their birthday as it's marks one year nearer to the grave.

SO I usually give my condolences and invite one to the Viking tradition of a wake. Better to enjoy that when one is alive!!!
