Aural Moon is a special place. It is a source of great inspiration both musically and spiritually. I have met some wonderful, beautiful people here and have discovered some of the most amazing music I have ever heard in my life.
What a shame, then, that the actions of a few, maybe even just one should taint the spirit of the Moon with such angst.
Come on people, let's get back to what Aural Moon is really all about. Love of life, love of people and love of music.
I hope you agree with me that even reading the home page now that all the angsty messages have gone makes for a better feel and a better Moon.
Call me old fashioned if you like but I find it easier to smile than frown. It also makes me feel better at the end of the day.
That's what the Moon is all about.
There's enough grief around at the moment without bringing it here as well.

I felt that recently, with this over requesting problem everybody was gradually gettint really angry, the messages becoming more and more cold...I mean, Keith is right, and not old fashioned, or I am too, but I just wanna say PEACE man...

Since you took a holiday, the s@#$ hit the fan.
Come on Keith, take some responsibility!
(ok tongue out of cheek now
:D )
Maybe if we stop yakking about him, it will go away.
So we can talk about who's the best drummer, and things like that!:p

the best drummer, if you wanna know, is without hesitations Mr Elvin Jones. Then comes John Marshall...
see it's funny because I was actually thinking about that today...

For me without doubt Neil Peart. Then for a long nothing and Nick d'Virgilio.

Efrain Cantu, one of the best latin percussionists since The Mambo King himself, Tito Fuente.
Roger -Dot- Lee, don't samba no more, but still loves the music.

in my opinion, if you speak about drummers, you got the jazz drummers and that's it. Nobody can't compares to (you) them.
My little list : Elvin Jones
John Marshall (soft Machine )
Robert Wyatt
Max Roach
Bill Ward (Black Sabbath)

Hey, I've got a Virgil Donatti signed drumhead staring down at me from the wall. That man is sick.
