View Full Version : Where can I find...

...the Yes album "The Live Experience"? It's not listed anywhere. Is it some bootleg or something? If it's an out of print album, it's not even listed as such. Either that or it's under another name. Anyway, I was just wondering where I can find it, it has a brilliant rendition of "Gates of Delirium" (complete with Jon Anderson's stage rambling at the end - a nice addition as well!) I'd love to own it.

While I'm at it, I'm wondering about the band "Infinity". I have trouble finding this album too. It's listed in many prog sites, but I can't find any mp3s or stores with it. (the song titled "Ed's not Stupid" also intrigued me -- does anyone have the lyrics?).
Thanks again! :D

Unfortunately, it is an extremely rare recording of their Masterworks 2000 tour. I have one of the only 10 surviving copies, and it isn't for sale. Sorry.

If you're nice to me, I might bequeath it to you in my will, however. :D

Sorry, can't help you there. Good luck, though.

Roger -Dot- Lee, being rather unhelpful this evening. Unintentional, I assure you.

That may be difficult Dr Dot as you already promised to leave it to me. :D

Oh, shoot. You know, you're absolutely right. I forgot about that entirely.

Sorry, it's already spoken for.

Roger -Dot- Lee, really needs to get a calendar for these things.

I don't need the whole thing....perhaps just some burned mp3s I could simply download and burn for myself onto a disc? (same goes for both The Live Experience and Infinity)

If you don't have the time, could you tell me someone who has the album "Infinity" and I can ask?

What you are requesting is highly illegal as a violation of copyright. I can send it to Keithie because he's getting the whole disk set, lock stock and barrel. But I'm not going to turn Aural Moon into a file swapping system. We've got too many hours and too many dollars invested in it to allow it to be shut down because of something like this.

I'm sorry, but that's the way it's going to be.

Infinity can be purchased from Synphonic: (under the USA section)

Thank you very much! I apologize for making the assumption of mp3 downloading. I really had no idea of your views on it, and just never really thought of it. I am sorry, and I hope no harm is done.

Thanks! I couldn't find where to buy the Infinity album on google.

None so far as I'm concerned. We just have legal restrictions (thank you, RIAA, in conjunction with all the file sharing and other silliness out there) that we must abide by, lest we run into legal issues (usually involving lawyers and other bottom feeders).

Roger -Dot- Lee, do NOT get me started on THAT lot...

Reading this thread I'm just imagining the motive for knocking off both Rodger the Dogder and KeithieW in a new Agatha Christie novel "The Live Experience", more powerful and intriging than the Holy Grail.

I'm quite sure some of us would fit in that story somewhere..........:D
