The Flower Kings!!

While attending the Kansas / Cryptic Vision show last night (which was fantastic), I ran into Christine of Music News Network (www.musicnewsnetwork.net) promoting The Flower Kings' only Southeastern U.S. appearance, in Seminole, FL on Monday, June 6.

It's at Boomerz Boiler Room (www.boomerzboilerroom.com), an intimate venue. She promises no opening act, just 2 to 3 hours of TFK!! To say I am stoked would be an understatement.

I hope other moonies will be able to accompany me and artemis to this show.

Seeing the Kings at a small place was one of the highlights of my concert experiences. You should be stoked.

Hmmm.... As I listen to Stevie Winwood sing "crossing the line" (w/ Stomu Yamashta!) I stumble across this post!! Everything about this station (excepting OldSod, of course ;) <snicker>) is FANTASTIC!! :)

So, where is Seminole, FL? I've driven here to Tampa a few times, (I have relatives/friends there) so, hopefully, it's not much farther... (Yes, I'll look it up, but I'm too stoked on the POSSIBILITY of seeing the Flower Kings to do that now!)
