Yes, Rick. I was born at 9:15 pm but was the New Year's baby for a 4 county area. My parents said we received trophies, gifts and diapers from local businesses and a full page ad in the newspaper. None of which I've ever seen due to our house burning down when I was 8. One of these days I need to go back to my hometown and see if I can get a copy of the newspaper.
