If so, you need to check out the German group RPWL. The music is very Floyd influenced, mixing Waters-era typical sound effects with Gilmour-ish guitar work and vocals. I received the CD God Has Failed last week, and have enjoyed it quite a bit. The Floyd influences are strong, it’s true, but the overall result is very pleasant IMO. If you are also a huge Floyd fan yourself, if you keep in mind that RPWL is not the most original group on Earth, if you don’t mind about this little detail, then you might want to check out this stuff too.
