I heard a song on Aural Moon that was sung by a female vocalist (couldn't place who it was?) it had very flowing progressive rhythm, that had the lyrics "STANDING ON THE STEPPING STONES, SEARCHING FOR THE ONE".

That's all I remember but I really, really liked the tune and would appreciate if someone could identify it for me?

A web search of the lyrics was completely useless!

Any guess who this might be?

Thanks...

High Lorenzo.

The lyric is from a song by my band Stealing The Fire. It's called Sirrius Rising and is the second track on our one and only album Hot Ice And Wondrous Strange Snow. We've got a website - http://www.wireddog.demon.co.uk/stf/ - and that should tell you where you can buy the album if there are any left.

Welcome to Aural Moon. I know that at least two members of "Happy The Man" listen in, as well as one from "Birdsong of the Mesozoic".

Who knows who else tunes in on occasion.

Kurt Rongey from Underground Railroad is a regular listener. John Goodsall from Brand X has been known to stop by. Marcus Moira (sp?) from Bacamarte has been in chat. Quite a few others that have sent AM CDs are listeners. Maybe we should start a thread?

We get a lot of artists actually, and I usually ask artists in if I'm featuring them. Some stay as regular members, it's a neat thing.
