You knew a thread like this would have to crop up sooner or later...you could also call this thread "Tell us a little about yourself"...so I'll start.

I'm 49, live in Okla. City, work for an advertising agency, married (to a C&W lover), kids are grown up and outa the house, and an OSU alum (my wife is an OU fan...who said a mixed marriage can't work?).

I spent over 20 years in the broadcast industry as an engineer...with at least ten of those years as an independent contractor/consultant. I wasn't an air personality, but I did do some air gigs early on. About 11 or 12 years ago, I stumbled into doing radio play-by-play (quite by accident), and still do it on a contract basis...it's my "therapy".

If you can't find me...it's cause I'm probably out on my motorcycle!
I've been ridin em since the mid 60s, I've owned just about everything under the sun, and no, the current bike is not a Harley (I like to ride without stuff falling off the bike :D ) although I did own both a 64 Pan and a 71 FX a long time ago.

But enough about me...let's hear from the rest of you!

I'm 22. I go by various other handles at various other sites, Yesspaz, Progrocka, Tomalov, ReleaseRelease, TotalMassRetain, and others. I'm single. I, too, was a dj. I was on air in Jackson, MS for three years. I'd like to do it again. I programmed a show on WHJT 93.5 called The Edge. 7p - 12a seven days a week. My on air name was Kyle Simon. It was nice. I play Chess, a lot. Bass guitar, Basketball, weight-lifting, Biblical Studies, reading, writing. I've published a short story, a poem, and an essay. I'm well rounded. My fav bands are Yes, Pink Floyd (add more, no - add all), King Crimson, King's X (incredible), Rush, Gentle Giant, Mike Oldfield, The Choir, Stavesacre, Journey (non cheesy stuff), Appleseed Cast, and various other indie bands (At the Drive In, Ransom Tree, Soul Remains, 238, etc.) Right now I'm a student and a waiter.
