View Full Version : Theming Thursday Request For Richard Aka Rick Wright

As most of you know by now Richard aka Rick Wright has died from cancer at the age of 65. As a tribute to him and to honour him i'd like to ask that this thursday's theming thursday be wholly and soley dedicated to him so that we can listen to all the works he did with all the great musicians he has worked with.

Moono, that's not a bad idea, and everybody who loves Rick and Pink Floyd
will listen to some of his songs and say R.I.P. to him, I think. `-(

Only problem is you can't play that many Floyd songs close together, like any artist. Hm....

New Idea: Someone dies, a tribute day? Only that artist?

Lets Make sure its Rick songs not The Final Cut. Side and solo. Vax and Jim can do anything........

Tributes don't have to be the material that artist created. It's music, any music, dedicated to their honor and memory.

One and only one artist all day just doesn't make for good listening or radio.

Surely, lots of Moonies' requests today are songs by Pink Floyd or taken part by Rick Wright.
