Well, I would buy cd's from artists I only heard of or read off on websites.
NO BIG NAMES but rather obscure or new artists who needed it to be discovered.

In fact, recently I buy lots of CDs I have known and listened to on AM for the first time.

Well I buy quite a lot as it is but if gave me 500$ I would splash it all on the Genesis SACD/DVD box sets. I havne't yet found out if they are really worth the money.

Otherwise I would go on a wild surf on the net amongst unknowns and buy up without taking prisoners just like ErikM...sometimes one's lucky to pick up a gem.

the 3 FINCH albums
Capt. Beyond's 3rd Album (just want to complete the collection)
Boost my Italian Prog collection beyond PFM
Original Roger Dean Art work (Not the Prints.)

You could pick up Early stages From Marillion http://www.marillion.com/music/albums/stages.htm.

If you Pre-Order you get A print signed by the whole band Including Fish.....

I dint pre-order it my self but im going to pick it up at Amazon in MP3(it comes out on the 18th) thou i must say the box looks real cool...
