My daughter, Gabrielle, phoned me last week and after the usual pleasantries, she asked me how I got into prog. We had a fun conversation, she asking me a few questions and letting me mostly reminisce. I asked her why the sudden interest and she told me she was doing a little article for a blog she writes for occasionally, something that would be a sort of "Prog for Dummies".

This is what she came up with:

I thought that was a very thoughtful father's day gift to a very proud papa...
Aural moon is mentioned in there, of course.

That was a really nice article. You are indeed a blessed man to have such a loving, intelligent, doting daughter.

;) I'm sure she takes after her mother. ;) :yougo

Thank you for sharing this.

No argument from me on that point, Dale! :knowing:

Thanks,

Marq,

thanks so much for sharing this. I'm passing the link on to my kids as well. Wonderful blog post. Congrats to YOU and to your daughter.

It is so cool when our kids begin to understand us a little!
