Glad to see you guys added some more of the Hawkboys, but I doubt a lot of people will like "Bring Me the Head of Yuri Gagarin." (Although it's a great album title.) It's a good live show, but the recording is awful. You might do better with "This is Hawkwind Do Not Panic," from the tour with Ginger Baker, or even the "Live Chronicles," though some of the material on that album is a bit thin. The "Space Ritual" material is a necessity, though the Calvert poems (with DikMik's audio generators roaring behind his declamations) are hard to take.

If you can find the live recording of "Spirit of the Age" that was included on the old Castle "Collection" album (also on the first Acid Daze compilation, I think), that's a keeper. One of their absolute best. A copy of HW doing "Motorhead" is a good idea, also -- fun to hear the band trying to space up such a straight-ahead rocker. Allmusic really likes the 2001 Canterbury Faire live album, featuring Simon House, though I myself have never seen a copy.

It's tougher keeping up with HW's discography than it is their band lineup. Chaotic is too kind of a word.
