Can I suggest (again) that some Peter Hammill be added to the playlist. There is currently a small selection of Van Der Graaf Generator (and Van Der Graaf) on the playlist, but his solo material is firmly in the prog. camp too. For starters, you might look at anything from "The Silent Corner, the Empty Stage" (1973), particularly "Modern" or "The Lie"; "In camera" (1974), particularly " The comet, the course, the tail" or "A Black Box" (1980) particularly the epic "Flight". Hammill has released around 20 solo albums, and is still recording and touring.
And while you're at it, why not expand the Van Der Graaf/Generator selection with, say, Vital or World Record?
