You're not supposed to understand music, you're just supposed to enjoy it! ;)

My ten favorite musical artists, in no particular order, are:

The Who (including Pete Townshend)
Jethro Tull
Elton John
Men Without Hats
Sonia Dada
Marillion (including Fish)
The Beatles
Thelonious Monk
Miles Davis
The Flower Kings

The next ten I guess would be Chris de Burgh, Yes, Spock's Beard, Jadis, IQ, The Box (who?), James Taylor, Dougie MacLean (who??), Joshua Redman and Sonny Rollins.

Men Without Hats and The Box are both definitely outliers in my musical tastes. They're both 80s synth-pop groups from Canada... but I like 'em.

Plays on a men w/o hat tune (we used to call them Men w/o Talent:D )

Should have saved that for a trivia question...(I think it's my turn but it's going to have to be on hiatus...)

back under my rock at work....

Yes on both counts.

Roger -Dot- Lee, worked next to both of them at one point in time.

Oh, I have a Men Without Hats album (the one with "Safety Dance" of course); just seemed out of place in your post. I'm not criticizing, just amused. In a good way....
