COTM - #250 - Piotr Grudziński and Hans Reffert
 

This year has become increasingly hard on the progressive rock community. We have lost so many of our fold and it does not look like it is going to let up. I am so sorry to be the bearer of further bad news, but I an honored to pay tribute to two amazing guitarists: Hans Reffert from the more recent Guru Guru, and Piotr Grudziński of Riverside.

I will start off with the 2008 album from Guru Guru entitled Psy.

Up next I will play from a live album from Riverside that features tracks from their first three albums. This collection was also released as a video/dvd and is called Reality Dream. It is also known as the Reality Dream Trilogy.

I'm really getting depressed about the state of prog with all of our fallen musicians, especially when one of the rising stars are among them.
