Update
 

Hi all
Some of you know that I have had cancer this year and and others not.
Some you are saddened by the fact I have cancer and what I have been through. Please don't be sad. There is a wonderful kids story called The Hare And The Tortise. The moral of that story was slow and steady wins the race. Well I am winning the cancer race like the kids story slowly and steadily. I am proud to say that my cancer is stable and shrinking all the time.
I am getting once weekly treatments, am off chemo and enjoying life.
I hope to be home for a few months in possibly starting in December.
Meanwhile, the treatments continue. While they are painful it is worth all I have been through. My energy levels at the moment are not great at the moment as you can appreciate however like the kids story my energy is slowly and steadily coming back.
If you ever feel sad or lonely come to the forums here and read this thread. I know you'll be back on your feet in no time at all. Or you could re read the above mentioned kids story.
Prehaps also think of all your friends and family whom have had cancer or died from it and just think of how lucky you are not to have cancer.

Thanks for sharing with us. It is often not easy to share. But a joy shared is doubled and a trouble shared is halved, often.

I am glad to hear that you are responding to the treatment. I pray that you will make a full recovery. I appreciate that you are willing to share your story as you go, and remind yourself of why you are here.

You are in my prayers Moono. I can relate to your on going fight as my Mother had cancer. She lost her battle in 73' but they didn't have the meds. they have now.
Check in to the moon as much as you can . We here miss you and your comments about the music . I am sure you will win your Battle and we here on the moon will send good thoughts your way.

good listen to you friend..I told you once..follow your treatment..stay close your people..enjoy a lot your things..I have been living something similar,,not me, and I ve could see how hard it is..too many thoughts...mind works a lot ,,,keep good mood..smile a lot ..faith and happiness to you

You gave us courage. And, we are always the relations of the friend.

We do not have the border. Of course, music also.

so very glad to hear of your positive news moonoff...i have a former boss who is also a warior in that cancer battle...he never gives up, and is also having some regained ground...that means a lot to me and i will continue to keep you both in prayers.
