His hearing keeps being postponed. The official reason is that they are still reviewing the charges. There is a web site called something like "differentstrings" that gives an update. You can find it in a google search.

Alex has been formally charged with 2 counts of battery of an enforcement officer, a charge that carries a maximum of 5 years in jail. Some of the more serious charges have been dropped. His hearing is scheduled for May 17. Now if only he can behave in court things should go well. :D

He will most likely get off with just a hand slap.Pay a fine and that be it.
