There is a swedish Prog-rock/metal band called A.C.T., kinda good..
very happy prog.. very playful
has some good songs..

I'm not familiar with them. In general, I'm not a big fan of most "prog-metal" groups as I find them long on the metal and short on the prog. Are there any sound clips I can check out?
