I think this album came out in 1991, not 1998.

Correct! THe date was probably pulled from the CDDB. I've found a great many errors with music information in the CDDB.

Not to dispute the 1991 date, sometimes CD's are also dated by a 'reissure' date. If it was reissued in 1998 on cd, that may have been what was put in the database, especially if a record label has changed. Thus causing the error.

But that is pure speculation. I have just found several publication dates for CD's as well as books, and that usually explains the difference.

Yes. I have a lot of CD's like that, some are still in database wrong. Saga's early ones are definitely like that. But it should say 1991, although we all know what it is...
