The selection will be randomly selected, however 4 times a year it will be a brand new release, they might come in a row, or spread out, but this way you can be sure you'll get some new releases as part of that deal. The instrumental and ambient(and music that used to be called "new age") program that I listen to on NPR called Echoes has something similar where you can join their cd of the month club and get their cd of the month each month if you subscribe to it. I'm not sure how much it costs though but it's nice to see a prog equivalent to it.
