Best Fictional Band?

This really, really is tough, but I'm going with Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem. They're amazing, simply put. Admit it, if you had to hire a band for a party, The Electric Mayhem are first, Parliament second, everyone else third or worse.

My second place would be The Wonders (they actually all could play and it was a "real" fictional band; they played shows!). Third would be The School of Rock.

I picked "other" for The Rutles, a Monty Python invention well known for their Beatles parodies. Don't know how you forgot them , spaz.

Ah, I only included Dingos Ate My Baby because I couldn't think of another good one. That's why I left 10 open. Good call.

The Blues Brothers were also a real band, with several different line-ups after Belushi passed.

And they were on a mission for God. How could that be fictional. :dunno:
