When does any band make it to the west coast? Not even the Prog bands that are based in the west tour the west coast! :drdot:

They're based in Lawrence, KS; that may have something to do with it, but I don't know what. They've played out west many times.

I saw them at Martin's, in Jackson, back in 2001 I think. It was after Low Level Owl, and they played a few "new" songs, which included "Innocent Vigilant Ordinary" and "Ice Heavy Branches" and "Hello Dearest Love" from what would become Two Conversations. They were good, but one thing I'll say: they were LOUD. :rawk: =8^O

I'll concur. I saw them in Pittsburgh a few months ago. I had switched to some Etymotic Research ER20 ear plugs (which don't block as much sound as the foam ear plugs I had been using). Even with the ear plugs, the loudness was a tad overwhelming.

They were out here in May. I couldn't make it to the show. :(
