My best friend and the love of my life Chris Squire will be cremated today in Scottsdale, Arizona at 3:00pm.

However, knowing Chris, he might be running a bit late for the event; After all, he has always been the ‘late’ Chris Squire.

So at 3:00 pm Phoenix time, please take a moment to play your favorite Yes or Chris Squire song, or just think of your favorite Chris Squire memory.

Apparently I'm running a little late too. Oh well. I just found a youtube clip of a live version of parallels from the 1977 tour(complete with Firebird suite preceding it).

I too missed it, but I did feel a brightening of the force... Chris will always be with us.

I am gathering with fellow Yes friends and will be toasting Chris's life this Saturday the 12th in Connecticut.
