Re: Montreal Prog Music Festival:FMPM

Glad some of you could make it up. I also prefer the "non-blasted" sound. One of the few times I can watch live music during the day and not feel like I've lost some hearing that night. I thought...

Re: Switzerland Part 1

Haha, sorry if that came off as snotty or anything, it wasn't my intent. I was just saying I fully realize some of these groups aren't actually fully Swiss... but I have to play them sometime!...

Re: Switzerland Part 1

Sven,

As I said on the show, Brainticket is not really a Swiss band. Nor are Krokodil or Demon Thor. However these bands were part Swiss, and are commonly associated with the Swiss progressive...

Sorry Olaf... I will repeat both part 1 and part 2 this Friday (they are 90 minutes each so it will be just three hours for both) starting around 3 PM.

Re: Repeat request week

I got stuck working today and didn't have time to prep a new show, so I am replaying Argentina part 4, which originally aired in June 2005. Mr. Magoo I hope you're around :)

This Friday I will be...

Re: Progressive Shores tonight ... Italy Part 13

Well, since the new shows are only 90 minutes, I could even play the two back to back this Friday, from 2-5 (which would only be an hour more than my usual time).

My apologies Olaf, I forgot to upload the file to the station so I couldn't replay it today from work. I'll try not to slip up too often :)

Re: Progressive Shores schedule Q1 2008

Hey Olaf, nice to hear from you. Shows 1-3 have kind of been replaced by the subsequent "extended" series on Italy. But I will try to get those other repeats into the mix.

Re: Aural Moon Shows

I have no problem with the sharc's comments. One thing I try to do is play artists that you otherwise would not have a chance to hear. Sometimes they are only available on vinyl, and can be pretty...

From now on in weeks where I will be repeating a show I will allow people to make requests. If nobody makes a request in a given week I will just pick one at random, but since every single...

Re: History of Aural Moon (Part 1)

Davin, I think it's quite cool that you were a user of the Rev's MP3 service. I haven't seen that mentioned in years. I sent him quite a bit of stuff for it back in 1999. I didn't have much dedicated...
