To answer your question, it would not be denied, as the 'same title' refers to the 'same title by the same artist'.

So if, for example, The Elbertson Quintette's version of "Llama's Conquer All" will not preclude the playing of Gwendolyn St. Margarine's hit swingle(*) of the same name.

So you should be cool.

(*) Note: I did see the typo, but damn it I liked it better this way. So there.

Roger -Dot- Lee, still spelling The City of Brotherly Love as Philadelpia for much the same reason.
