Roxy Music had an album cover showing two hotties in see-through underwear. I remember as a young lad not being able to look away!
Another would be Led Zepplin's last album with Bonham. (forget the name) It came in a brown wrapper.
The album had a liner that was moisture activated so if you got some water on it it showed color. Found that out by dripping beer on it by mistake.
