It's pretty amazing how one single action can so easily change the course of history. Especially an act that was so inherently monstrous and evil. Actions like the bombing in Oklahoma, the Twin Towers, Pearl Harbor, Hitler's genocide and blitzkrieg attacks in Poland and other countries took the souls of far too many good people.

But days like this can not be a day of mourning. That day has passed. Today IS, however, a day of remembrance. A day to recall the joy of knowing these people, the joy of having shared time with them, and the joy of keeping them with you always.

Today is a day to celebrate life and the living who carry on, people that continue to struggle against those that have caused the most grievous sin in all worlds, the taking of a life, and those that carry on to struggle against just the complexities and hardships of everyday living.

Today, and everyday, is a day of birth and renewal. So renew your faith in, and love of, the people you know and have known. Live on and celebrate them all.
