Wow, you mean I"m not the only one who does that?
One I discovered recently is to say hold on. Then I put on the radio or some other music and then get back to them. I hate it when I am put on hold(sometimes unnecessarily)so I started doing it to them. Sometimes they hang up on me. I haven't tried it with actual telemarketers yet since I don't seem to get many of those anymore(the one benefit of still having a computer that uses a phone line
)but I've done it with people who give me crap over the phone.
