Black-n-Framboise Float
- Fill a tulip pint glass just short of half fill with Lindemans Framboise Lambic.
- Top that off with a scooped ball of Guinness ice cream.
- Carefully fill the rest of the glass by pumping Guinness over the backside of a half-n-half/black-n-tan spoon.
- Raise the head in normal Guinness pouring fashion.
- Serve as desert.
- Enjoy.
