Well, more like 1 crimson disc and two others.
I love Lizard, but it sticks out like a sore thumb.
Adrian's Inner Revolution is somewhat Crimson (how can it not be?!?), but still enough Adrian to stand well on its own.
The key thing here is, if you'd never heard King Crimson and knew nothing of them, you wouldn't be able to connect these three albums just by hearing them. Hell, I can't connect them just by sound.
