Hey Fonzy! I have a Shakti reunion album called
Remember Shakti, which is officially accredited to John M. but it's really Shakti. It's quite good. I've often thought of requesting it, but then I figured, well, it's really just jazz and ethnic fusion, not rock at all. But if there is interest, sure! It was recorded and released in 1999, and I've never heard the 1970s version. I bet it "kicks" more than this mellow thing does.
