stephen- i'd go so far as to say we're experiencing
a "progressive revival".
i'd like nothing more than the indie stations and
djs to be the source of the next wave, develop
relationships w/ the indie artists much like record
companies and commercial radio.
IMO- this is the vetting system the OMDs need,
the "missing link".
