Trance Jazz
Hey Cozy, the jazz man!
At the library, for some reason I can't get AM to play, so I've goofed around and found some other places. The one that, once found, I can't get away from is a trance jazz station: http://www.1dot4.fm/default.php Trance jazz sounds is very similar stylistically to 70s French psych. Do you know much about these folks: The Lithium Project DJ Krush Morcheeba Fila Brazillia David Snell There are others, I just can't remember them off the top of my head.

Re: Trance Jazz
I've heard the Lithium Project which is interesting, and I've heard *of* David Snell, but this is honestly a category that I've not approched too often. Usually if I engage in an electronic improv experimentation that has roots in jazz, it's usually from an artist who has done other notable projects in the field of jazz.
The Blue Series on Thirsty Ear has some interesting examples of different new fusions of the genre. Which artist(s) particularly stuck you? - Cozy
