Rickter Scale Show 203 - "Counterparts"

airing Sunday, November 23 from 8-11 PM EST and Monday, November 24 from 1-4 PM EST

I bought a really cool Rush shirt a long time ago, with a bunny rabbit sitting on top of a turtle. On the back are words that are counterparts...for awhile I've thought that it would be a show theme...and I've finally got around to it. Here are some of them...with many divergent themes and some picks I've not yet heard. Should be fun.

"Now and Again"

Satellite - Now
Beardfish - Now
Brotherhood of Breath - Now
Peter Hammill - Again

"Snakes and Ladders"

Sonus Umbra - Snakes and Ladders

"Time and Tide"

Loving the Sun - Time
Keltia - Atlantide

"Cut and Dried"

Apocalyse - Cut
Xen - Debris of Dried Cities

"Rough and Ready"

Pete Townshend - Rough Boys
Echolyn - So Ready

"Short and Sweet"

David Gilmour - Short and Sweet

"Bells and Whistles"

Bruford - Hell's Bells (live)
Kit Watkins - Cyborg Whistler

"Body and Soul"

Joe Jackson - Loisaida (from B&S)

"Night and Day"

Joe Jackson - TV Age (from N&D)

"Rock and Roll"

Barclay James Harvest - Rock & Roll Star

"Live and Learn"

Galahad - Live and Learn

"Over and Out"

Tunisia - Over
Moody Blues - Out and In

"High and Dry"

Ambeon - High
Marillion - Dry Land

"Skin and Bones"

Spock's Beard - Skin
Roine Stolt - Dog With A Million Bones

"Stand and Deliver"

Atomic Rooster - Stand By Me
Don Caballero - Delivering the Groceries at 138 Beats per Minute

"Bone and Flesh"

Tony Levin - Bone and Flesh

"Over and Over"

Black Sabbath - Over and Over

"Matter and Energy"

Edhels - Egyptian's Matter
T-Bo - Love and Energy

Next week we'll stay on theme with another group of interconnected songs.

Thanks Rick for your show of unique themes.
Anyway, could you present us here the picture of you with the "cool Rush" T?
