Haze/World Turtle

Nice to see someone requesting Haze on AM.
This group have been around for quite a while in the UK. They were a VERY keen gigging band back in the 70s, 80s and 90s doing upwards of 250 gigs a year all around the country. They played the Marquee when it was in Wardour Street, W1 both as headliners and as support to Pendragon. They were on the verge of getting some success for all their efforts when they had a serious road accident on the way to a gig. This hindered their progress and since then they haven't gigged anywhere near as much, concentrating in the Sheffield area. where they are based.
I counted myself as one of their greatest fans and they even came round to my house once to leave me a note saying that the gig they were doing that night had been cancelled and that I shouldn't go. How nice is that?
They have quite a few CDs to choose from and I would recommend their 20th anniversary show to get a feel for how they were live.
