Second from the left.................

I was asked what this album cover is by at least two people.

For those that don't know it is "Relics" a compilation of early Floyd tracks like 'Arnold Layne' and 'See Emily Play'. It closes with the wonderful Syd song 'Bike', a track that freaked my dad out when he heard it some.............Ooooooh, 30 years ago. He said to me 'Son, what the HELL is that about???? A mouse called Gerald? A bike with a basket and bell? Ginger bread men? Give me those cigarettes. I'm going to have to try one.'

God bless you dad!!! I miss you.

BTW: This wasn't the original cover to Relics. That was in Black and White. I couldn't find a copy of that on the net but this picture is the same and if you imagine that the pink isn't there you've got it.

The original album cover was handrawn by Nick Mason.
