Show information on main page

I would really like to have the ability to show the current week's set list on the main page after the appropriate click on the "shows" section. Also a space for current news would also be nice.

It could be as simple as a link to the forums.

The way it is now is not as helpful as it should be.

Thanks!

(please move this thread if it should be elsewhere)

No, it's fine here. A little more elucidation might be in order, however. Where would you like the playlists to be on the main page? In the calendar? Elsewhere? You mention we should have a link to the forums. Where? In the news section?

Enlighten me...

Roger -Dot- Lee, missing the point, as usual.

just investigated.....

On the left, under "shows". I like the way that is set up. It has the descriptions and running times. Please add Monday's 11-2 replay. Also, the name is "Rickter" (it's spelled that way everywhere else).

What would be perfect there is a link that says "click here for the current week's playlist". It can be identical to Tom's link - that one goes directly to the forum. Or, you could have it on the left - I have no picture, and there's a blank area that would be perfect for the link. My set list is always in the forum by Thursday.

There's another link for the calendar. This is fine as is - no use confusing everyone there, it's just a calendar. I like the small description provided. One can always click "shows" as said above.
The only thing I would kill (again if possible) is that link to Baharani TV.

The only other thing would be to use the calendar description for the description under "shows" (the one that says Rick uses his....). However, please add "prog" to "fusion, metal, and pop".....I don't want the impression I don't play prog.

Thanks Roger!

Yes, I took care of it last night. All it took was finding the right place in postnuke to add a little html code. Now that I know html, and where it is, it's easy.
