Where do you buy this stuff?

Greetings, folks!

I just received an email from one of our lurkers asking where they could buy a particular album (in this case, Dream Theater doing a Yes medly).

I realized that, being the parsimonious fart that I am, that I have no real idea where one can actually BUY good prog rock.

Any pointers to favorite web sites?

Thanks.

Jim has some good ones too. I'm partial to:

http://synphonic.8m.com/

Greg Walker...good egg. He's in Utah that great hotbed of prog!

http://www.kinesiscd.com/

Located about 25 miles south of me.

http://www.osmind.com/

A good friend of mine, Chris Lamka. Of Sound Mind. Now why it's not coming up I don't know. His site must be down. Nice marketing...

Any others I go right to the artist's site.

One place I use is:

http://www.musicstack.com/

Some CDs are pretty pricey but good deals can be had. A good site for finding rare and OOP albums.

Re: Where do you buy this stuff?

Hi Moonwalkers and Dr. D,
This Half/ebay site can be amazing, I know that I wanted the Last Rick Wakeman CD, OUT THERE, for some time but Amazon had it for $30 for over a year and I just won't pay that for a 1 cent disc in a 2 cent box.
I even bought the DVD Video of the same album for $16 instead.

On half I found it for$3.50 !!!!!

Un...frigin...real
I also use Deep discount. It has nothing to do with the Sharc biting the top of the Webpage....honest
Thanx roger-not-dot, Can't believe I forgot to include the link, Here she be..........
