Show 106 - Progday Encore, Discs 1-3
Progday is an annual outdoor event held each year since 1995 on Labor Day in Chapel Hill, NC. Some unforgettable moments have occured, and many on CD. I have the 1998 Disc, and that year and 2006 are the only two I've attended.
This week is music from the 1995-1997 shows, and next week will be performances from discs 4-7. Cloud Nine - Thief (Changed their name to Ozone Quartet soon after) Discipline - Carmilla Ars Nova -Transi Ars Nova - Morgan Ars Nova - Nova Galadriel - Soft As A Feather Deus Ex Machina - Res Publica II Deus Ex Machina - Perpetua Lux Deus Ex Machina - Hostis Smokin' Granny - Expecting Fulfillment, Toad Pizza, Hydroglifik, Edible Polymers French TV - Waiting To Submerge Providence - An Epilogue For Cajolement, "Choko-muro" The Paradise, HCHO-40, There Once Was A Night of "Choko-muro" The Paradise (Pt 2) (I don't know about you, but this Choko-muro stuff sounds pretty cool...and HCHO-40...do you use that on squeaky hinges?) Volare - One Minute of Thought...In Two Seconds of Time Volare - Incomplete, Broken, & Abstract Volare - the Eighth Direction Discipline - Into The Dream Some challenging prog this week, enjoy!
