Pedal Giant Animals - Whitacker & Hyatt

I just purchased from the iTunes music store the cd 'Pedal Giant Animals' by Stan Whitacker and Frank Hyatt, both from the band Happy the Man. The cd is currently 6th on Gags weekly Top 20 and if you like Happy the Man you should pick it up. While it is not as complex as HTM, it is very listenable and enjoyable. A layed back attitude on the record.

iTunes music store had it at the bargain price of $9.99. You can buy the cd from the website for $15 plus $3 shipping.

Hope you enjoy it as well as I do.

That would be Whitaker and Wyatt......

Stan Whitaker plays acoustically somewhat in the area...he's the only person I've ever seen do Thick as a Brick. He gets his wife to sing a lot. Frank Wyatt is awesome. He's an impressive composer, piano and sax player.

Had the pleasure of seeing them many times, and I'd expect this record to be more open and fun...thanks for the tip!
