Seen Jon's solo performance last night at Mr. Smalls outside of Pittsburgh PA.
General Admission so I got there early and had second row seats right behind
Janeee!!!! Jon's soul mate... shes a beautiful tiny little women..very sweet and jon kept making eyes at her through the whole show....

Anyway, Jon was great. Came out playing a few YES songs, very raw, stripped down versions of course but still great, he could have just sung
a cappella and it would have been great, voice sounds good... he used a couple guitars, ukelele, keyboard and the strumming dulcimer, which i have a

Anyway, I have a bunch of pics which I will try to post somewhere... All in all it was a great show... jon is always sincere and humble, glad to see he was feeling good and sounding good.....I don't have a song list but if you have the cd Jon in La la land...he did most of those songs with some new ones like the one he wrote when the paramedics came and basically saved his life and another one he wrote for his brother Tony along with stories about the early days of seeing the Beatles and another one he wrote in hawaii he played on the ukelele... alot of crowd participation...sing alongs..it was a good time..place was pretty packed too soo it was good to see alot of people coming out in support of jon....I have to say it was pretty cool sitting right behind janeee... I'll let you know if I can get some of these pictures uploaded.
If jon comes anywhere near you...you should definitely go see him...its a very positive and uplifting experience...

Thank you so much... I shared the video link with a friend of mine who owns a strumming stick and plays folk music.

I really enjoyed reading about the concert.... I'll have to think about going to the one in Austin.... wow...

I'm going to the one in Sellersville Pa. Great venue that seats about 350 I'm looking forward to see Jon in such an intimate stting. I never would have imagined going to all those Yes arena concerts that I'd ever see the day.
