Colosseum

I've noticed there isn't any Colosseum in the playlist.
Maybe you could get their LIVE album. I think it's the best and Cris Farlow realy autdones himself

Indeed......

My own personal favourite is "Valentine suite". Great keys from (I think Mr Greenslade) and guitar work.

Worth hearing if nothing else.

I had an album from "Colosseum II" awhile back, called "Strange New Flesh", but I wasn't crazy about it. I gave it to my brother. Are the two albums you guys mention significantly different? Let me know...

Colosseum II doesn't impressed me eyther, except one album "war dance".... but Colosseum is way different!!!
"Valentyne suite" is a masterpiece and the "Live" album is sensational... Real Jazz-Rock show that makes you crank it up!
Other Colosseum LPs I would recomand: "Bread and Circus", "Daughter of Time", "Those Who are about to Die Salute You"

I've ordered Valentyne Suite - if it's not good, I'll complain here later...

I'm tempted to say I don't like it and take another CD, but I do like it. I wouldn't quite say jazz-rock - maybe Deep Purple meets King Crimson or something like that - but it's pretty good - look for it on the station soon...
