Join the GAGLIARCHIVES, Saturday night at 10pm Eastern
Time, for program 905, as we feature a first in our program, 2 live, in-studio performances from 2 great bands. First up, 'Los Trios Marillios'joins us in our studios for an exclusive performance in the midst of their acoustic tour, and their day off, to give a special performance before they head to Chicago, IL. Steve Hogarth, Pete Trawavas, and Steve Rothery join us to discuss the current tour, solo projects, and the latest release, Marbles which finished in the #4 spot in our top 100. http://www.gagliarchives.com/04top100.html
They will return to Philadelphia to Tower Records in
Philadelphia, PA, for a In-Store Acoustic/Signing
Session, at 1:00 pm on June 21st. Marillion's tour
will be followed by several European festivals. Check
out http://marillion.com for more info. Special thanks to Mack, Paul and Roderick! Then following, is one of today's premiere bands. Boston band Fluttr Effect visits us in our studios for a live performance as well. Fluttr Effect, a female dominated five piece ensemble that features singer Kara Trott, Vessela Stoyanova on midi-controlled marimba, electric cellist Valerie Thompson. On guitar is Troy Kidwell and drums Jason Marchionna. These students of Berklee are amazing live and will appeal to fans of King Crimson and fans of the Dresden Dolls. We witnessed them earlier this year, and this was truly a hypnotizing performance! Join us for this exciting program.

We'll also feature the latest reissue from Bill Bruford in the 1980 album Gradually Going Tornado. Next Saturday, we will feature Bill Bruford's Earthworks reissues as well! We'll feature the excellent new disc from Bassist David Hines featuring Keyboardist Steve Hunt and Guitarist Allan Holdsworth titled Nebula. A must get for fans of fusion and great Bass playing. We'll feature Erik Norlander/Lana Lane NS/Stick player Don Schiff and his new solo album titled Peering Over Clouds.
We'll spotlight Pink Floyd in our 4th Hour Space Out with their 1970 album Saucerful Of Secrets and their 1972 personal favorite Obscured By Clouds. We'll showcase Sleepytime Gorilla Museum and their Grand Opening and Closing, as they make their way through the tri-state area this week.
And we'll feature music from our #1 disc in requests by Porcupine Tree and the new Deadwing!
