The man and his camera :D

As many of you know, I've been toting my camera(s) to gigs for a long time. Recently, at RoSfest, I showed my pix of Cryptic Vision to the band minutes after their performance and the bought them -- the whole lot -- on the spot. My pix of Kino and Magenta have also been requested of these bands.

In March I attended the third Marillion Weekend and took close to 800 shots of the band throughout the three day weekend. The Web | UK (Marillion's fan club) saw the pix that I posted and asked for them. They used them for the latest "Fan-zine". In fact, *my* pix adorn the front and back covers of the latest issue as well as 15 pages of the 64 total in this edition.

Anyway, I just wanted to share my elation with all my good frirends here on the moon. I used to write for a technical journal, so I've been published before but, save for web sites, this is the first time I've had any pictures published in a magazine. Last time I heard, the circulation was about 30K.

Excellent, vax.

I know a lifetime attorney who gave it all up to do the camera thing at gigs. Then again, perhaps he wasn't giving much up

Thanks to you, and to Mrs. vax for sharing your lens view.

For my next photo project, Mossy on a bear skin rug... just Mossy!

Thank you! If I could figure out a way to make the money I do in software with the camera, I'd give up the saftware biz in a flash like your attorney (but I don't see how he can take pix slithering on his belly?).

Seeing as how they're your moniker here, do you subscribe to the Fanzine?
