Web Server Issues....

We all have see down time with Moon. As Visitors to the page, the dreaded "SERVER CANNOT BE FOUND" has been popping up more often.
Being a mere member, I'm not sure how I can Help..

I would never bug you guys, I figure your working on it.......However would downtime notice be helpfull to the Moon?...Who you gonna call?....

If there is an E/mail address you would like a simple notification to hear about offline problems or sound glitches, you have to tell us where.

I would say something simple like....page down 1/29 2:22 pm est. etc,.... obviously no reply nesassary.......just the facts, I Man the niteshift often and it takes seconds

so....do you really want to know? Tell us how to tell you...........

Re: Web Server Issues....

For the record, the best way to get our attention is by sending an email to admin@auralmoon.com.

Someone will see it in short order (I've got three of my own email addresses on that list) and, if nothing else, let the appropriate party know that something has fallen over and can't get up.
