RPWL in Essen on April 17th 2007

Just returned from the gig and here is a short review:

Splinter opened the evening with a 45 min gig. Great group with excellent perspectives. I even bought their CD there...

After 15 min of changing the instrumentation on stage, RPWL made it's appearance, beginnning with titles of the new album expirience. Yogi took the time, explaining the background of each of these songs, being very political and social critic. IMHO it was ok, but more would have damaged the excellent ambiente of the gig. The second part was the filled with the well known "hits" of the last albums. They gave 2 excellent encores, finnishing after 2 hours 10 min.

I do not want to give too much details as many of you will see their gig at Rosfest. Just 2 notes:
First: Iwent there with very high expectations, and was not disappointed at all! A great, great gig!
Second: Not one PF song..

To all of you who are going to see them in the next days/weeks: You will have a great time

Does this mean that if we don't like them, you'll refund our money?

Looking forward to seeing them. I too will have lots of expectations. Since I found them (or their music found me), I have really liked what I heard.
