Yes, Rick, that's another important thing. Just one example: someone will have to mix the whole thing. This job is important and difficult. Everyone has to give his or her tracks into the hands of this person and everyone has to accept what "the producer" will make it sound like in the end. That has to be made clear. Everyone can make suggestions, everyone can throw in his ideas, but at the end of the day you do have to accept the mixing guy's (or gal's) decision even if it's not sounding like you want it to. Otherwise it won't work.
