a new favorite is to see the number, pick it up and soon as the marketer says 'hello?'...start talking like a recorded message as follows (use your best radio like voice):

"at the tone, leave a message...if you do not hear a tone....hang up and leave a message"

then promptly disconnect them
and try not to laugh
